Right to Refuse: Avalon Way (AW), Priestess V (PV), Vandana Murray, and all providers offering services, seminars and products through Avalon Way (AW), have the right to refuse to work with anyone for any reason.   

 

Age: This is full legal notice that only adults 18 and over may purchase courses, services and attend live events offered through this portal of AW, and any future associated and connected URL’s and apps for devices such as tablets and cell phones. Minors, anyone under the age of 18, must have parental consent to purchase products and schedule readings or energy work with providers and attend live events. In some case,s a signed form or an email from the legal guardian will be required. We LOVE to be of service to the young adults and future leaders and caretakers of this planet and hope to offer many events specifically for this age group. When such products/services become available we will have a way to secure “permission slips”. If a legal guardian suspects their minor child under the age of 13 has purchased materials and we have their information, please email us so we can take appropriate action.  We do not police this sight to ensure only legal adults use it. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you may look but please do not register or purchase anything. If you are a parent and would like to purchase a service, such as a tarot reading, for your minor child, this is acceptable, but please reach out to the provider to inquire if they are willing to work with minors. If you as a legal guardian purchase for a minor child a digital product, you as the legal guardian agree by completing the purchase that the content in the course is age appropriate. If you have questions about course content please email prior to purchasing for a minor. Thank you for your cooperation.

 

Responsibilities: This is full legal notice that all adults who purchase or participate in any in person or online offering will not copy with intent to re-sell any course, teaching or offering unless this is the purpose of the course, for example being trained to facilitate certain services such as Reiki. No reproduction of PDF manuals, website content, live teachings, etc is allowed. It is also acknowledged that by purchasing and/or participating you are able to make sound financial choices for yourself and accept all responsibility for choosing to purchase or participate in any offering within the portal of AW. If you need clarification of course topics, discussions, or content please email hello@avalonway.com. At AW, all providers strive to be trauma informed and not cause or perpetuate harm, however some courses may be triggering to certain individuals due to the theme of the teaching. Please inquire before you purchase any offering. We are always open to feedback, if you have any please email hello@avalonway.com.

 

Refunds: This is by no means a comprehensive list, but in general, there are NO REFUNDS given for any purchase made on this site.  

• NO REFUNDS on any digital product purchased or on services already rendered.  

• NO REFUNDS on missed appointments. If you need to reschedule please do so a minimum of 48 hours in advance. 

• NO REFUNDS for zoom seminars which you paid a fee to attend but did not attend for any reason even if for some reason your internet went down or you had a family emergency. Often there are recordings of such things which will be emailed, but this is not a guaranteed service.  

• NO REFUNDS on deposits for custom ritual or ceremonial work, be certain you are committed before making the financial commitment. This is clearly stated on all online course offerings and in multiple other places. Thank you for understanding.

 

Cancellation and Refunds for Pre-Paid Services: You may cancel at any time. Refunds require a FULL 48 hour cancellation notice. After the 48 hour mark the money is not refundable but the scheduled session may be rescheduled one time. If I, Vandana (PV), or the reader/energy worker you scheduled with need to cancel due to emergency or illness, you will have the option of rescheduling or a refund of your fee. If you no-show an appointment you forfeit the money you pre-paid and will need to pay the fee again to re-schedule. Your time and our time are very valuable, let us all respect each other's time. 

 

Cancellation is simply an email to hello@avalonway.com, OR by emailing the provider you're scheduled with. As long as the email is within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment you will be refunded either fully or partially - if a service requires work or preparation PRIOR to the appointment time for which you are canceling, your refund may be less than the amount you paid to cover the time of this work.  Please be aware that the payment service provider charges a fee to use the service the moment you pay. Your refund will be less than the full amount due to this processing fee, which will be clearly stated on your refund receipt.

 

Cancellation and Refunds for Pre-Paid Workshops: If the event is solely online provided in a zoom capacity, there are no refunds once the workshop has started. Often these will be recorded and you will be emailed a replay link. If you pre-paid and wish to cancel before the workshop begins, please do so 72 hours before the event so we can process the refund and remove your access to the event. 

 

If the Workshop is a combination of digital and live or in person teachings: You may request a refund from the instructor. AW fiercely supports all instructors and believes they deserve to be compensated for their time and teachings. If you have received some of the content, for example it is a dripped course, the instructor may choose to discount the refund. Often, workshops include materials and supplies which are mailed, if these have already been mailed you will not receive a refund for them. If the workshop is in person, and you have participated in the digital or online portion but can’t attend the in person portion, you can request a partial refund. Instructors do not have to refund, so if this is a concern please be certain you can make the financial and time commitment. Also, at any time, you can donate your payment to the scholarship program. Simply email hello@avalonway.com with your intention to do so.

 

Missed Appointments: Each provider on AW may have his/her/their own policy(ies). It is our hope here at AW that all clients will honor the time of the service provider and for this reason we ask all services to be pre-paid in order to book the session time. In general, if an appointment is missed for any reason you, the payee, will forfeit the fee you paid and will need to pay again.  Our time is valuable. As with all appointments in any profession, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment and show up on time. Providers deserve to be paid whether or not you are able to make the appointment.  If your reason for a no-show is due to an emergency, please email the provider and request a review- we understand life happens, but whether or not you will be able to reschedule at no additional fee is at the sole discretion of the provider. At AW, we may offer a one time forgiveness per client who no-showed for a scheduled service with a legitimate emergency and be allowed to change the appointment date one time - this may include a rescheduling fee charge and the amount may vary per provider. Also, we fully support providers who choose to block repeat no-show clients from being able to schedule.  Thank you for understanding.

 

Financial Assistance: AW believes everyone deserves access to spiritual work such as offered through this website and business. Some offerings will have scholarship opportunities, some offerings will be donation or free. No matter what is offered by a provider, A fair and equal exchange is necessary. Bartering is often a great way to give and receive. Of course money is too, but some of us have more of this than others. Readings are typically never discounted, however some readers do donate time. If you are in need and know in your heart you have found the best teacher/mentor here at AW, please email us at hello@avalonway.com and request a Financial Review Form, which is a Google Doc, to see what we can do to make what you are seeking more affordable, and in some cases free, for you.

 

Mental Health: In general, services provided through AW are not to be used as a mental health service. Readings are never meant to tell you what to do, but to empower you to make your own free will decisions. No suggestions or information received by attending a seminar, receiving a reading or energy session, or taking an online course is to be used as a form of mental health therapy or mental health diagnosis. Please always seek qualified trained professionals in your community for diagnosis and treatment. If any provider is an actual licensed mental health provider, their credentials will be visible and their offerings will be within their scope of practice. If you believe a provider has acted outside the scope of service, please email AW with your concerns at hello@avalonway.com.

 

Physical Health: No service, course, online workshop or in person event are providing diagnosis of medical conditions, nor treat any illness or condition for which you have received a professional medical diagnosis. Please see your primary care provider or go to an ER or Urgent Care if you require medical attention. Some events hosted could include YOGA or movement such as dance. By paying for and participating in such events you acknowledge the following:

Informed Consent: This aspect of AW Terms of Service is for service providers, teachers, guest teachers and students in mentorship programs or workshops. 

By using this website, and connecting through any teaching, event, retail shop or service via other platforms, you must at all times agree to Informed Consent. 

You are of age to give Informed Consent and know this varies legally depending on your living location at the time you access this site - you are responsible for knowing the laws where you live at all times while engaging with AW website and connected service providers. 

Your Informed Consent means you are able to make decisions for yourself and legally do not have to consult anyone to make decisions on your behalf.

 

Informed Consent as it applies to AW, PV, Vandana Murray, and all providers of services, classes, seminars, digital and retail products means you are aware these services through this site often require psychic/energetic/intuitive connections and by paying for certain services, products, events or workshops, you agree to allowing the provider, teacher, guest teacher or student in a mentorship or workshop program to access and connect with you in this way.
