By using this website www.avalonway.com and previous sites www.priestessv.com and www.stonewickandbroomstick.com, you are hereby accepting the terms and conditions stipulated within the Privacy Policy Agreement which applies to the entire website and even when connected with a service resource such as, and not limited to, Thinkific or Thrivecart. These policies protect Avalon Way (AW), Priestess V (PV), Vandana Murray, and all providers offering services, seminars, workshops, and products both digital and retail within AW website and most importantly our valued customers and clients. If you are not in agreement with our Terms and Conditions and/or Privacy Policy, then you must refrain from further use of our site and any service connected to it such as payment processor including, but not limited to, Stripe, PayPal, Venmo, Square Payments, Cash App and Apple Pay, and other service providers  Thrivecart, Thinkific, Flodesk, Mailchimp, Canva, Facebook, Instagram, Wordpress, and any other provider AW uses to provide content, resources, scheduled services and events, digital and retail products. In addition, your continued use of this website following the posting of any updates or changes to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy shall mean that you agree and are in acceptance of such changes.

This can include websites of other providers, affiliate links, etc.  AW does not claim nor accept responsibility for any privacy policies, practices and/or procedures of other such websites. Email/ Opt In or Opt Out/ Newsletter

 

AW may collect your name and email in order to send newsletters and keep you informed about current offerings, events, products, blog posts, etc. Your name and email for the newsletter is kept for as long as you are subscribed. At any time, you may unsubscribe from the newsletter and this information is no longer stored. Each newsletter has the option to unsubscribe within it located at the bottom of the page. If for any reason you do not see a link or it does not work, please email us to remove you manually at hello@avalonway.com.  Also, AW has no control over 3rd party websites you visit through avalonway.com and you are responsible for requesting an opt out directly through them (such as signing up for a different providers newsletter).

 

AW does not now, nor will it in the future, sell, rent or lease any of its customer lists and/or names to any third parties. This is especially true for providers who offer products or services through this site. AW will never share your email with the provider without written permission. Providers are encouraged to request your information via their own service such as Mail Chimp or at the time of service.

Your data is collected at time of purchase through the payment form of your choice. I keep data for analytics such as web traffic and trends and access it through whichever payment option I need to such as, but not limited to, Stripe, Square, or Pay Pal. If you wish me to delete any of your information I can see through these services please email me hello@avalonway.com.

Any violation of the privacy policy may result in a ban or block of a provider, client, student or customer and when necessary legal counsel will be consulted and legal action taken if advised to do so.
